Tablehust is a 600 acre biodynamic and organic farm located near the center of Forest Row, East Sussex. The farm is dedicated to growing quality, sustainably produced food whilst nurturing the soil, animals and people who work on it.
Tablehurst is owned by the community and is open to everyone. People are encouraged to visit and see the vegetable gardens and animals in their fields for themselves. The Farm Shop sells farm produce and the Cafe serves a range of freshly made pastries, pies, salads and desserts while also providing a popular meeting place for locals. Through events such as open days, farm walks and barn dances Tablehurst offers many opportunities for the wider community to engage with the farmers and foster an understanding and appreciation of farming practices and food production.
The Tablehurst care home also provides a warm home and active and rewarding work life for adults with learning disabilities
